CARE + DELIVERY

Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 3–7 business days. Original artwork and custom commissions may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase. Prints are print-on-demand and will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Locations

We ship to Canada, the United States, and internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Standard shipping options are available, and upgrades for express or tracked shipping may be selected for an additional fee. Original artwork will be shipped with insurance coverage.

Packaging

Your artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Prints are shipped in rigid mailers, while original paintings and framed pieces are packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor its progress.

Returns & Exchanges

Please contact me directly at julie@julilyart.com if:

  • The print has arrived damaged or unsatisfactorily to discuss replacement.

  • The package has not arrived 4 weeks after the date of the order.

  • You are unhappy with your purchase and would like a refund. Full refunds will be processed only once the item has been returned and received by me. Cost of the return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.​

Original artwork may be returned within 30 days of purchase, in its original condition, with shipping at the buyer’s expense. Refunds will be processed once the item has been returned and checked for damage. Due to the nature of commissions, commissioned work is a final sale.
